Accessibility Statement

This lab is meant to hold space for all human conception, while realizing the many theories and practices of healing.

Every offering for clients will also be meant to be held in a holistic format, further representing the whole, such as four quarters (meetings) making up the whole of a healing process or transformation.

After each offering, my goal is to offer more direction of where else to study psychology, as well as yoga studies, medical anthropology, and cultural geography. For instance, yoga creates a network of practitioners, while for some this may be an introduction that inspires you to further your self-study and you may go on to find a yoga teacher to train with and work with.

Members of this lab will have access to further resources and reflective prompts, and hopefully this can be a lab of many sharing information and content as well stories and experiences. Considering that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, perhaps this lab could expand into something much more.

Since this lab is rooted in yoga studies, I will do my best to acknowledge and honor yogic traditions, while I am open to hear where there may be misinformation that can be replaced with information. Please reach out if you find anywhere in this lab where the sharing of information can be improved, so that we can all be more informed.

Overall, my own energetics aim to find out more about decolonizing the self, which I hope is significant here and (obviously since I am an advocate for decolonization) whereby inspiring to others. While of course, there is more literature on decolonization that significantly iterate more into how it is essential. Please reach out about decolonial studies and for research on colonialities.
