Perception -- found by consciousness -- moves through the objective, cognitive, and subjective worlds -- and is brought home by consciousness.

By holding space for our own internal values, that which are intrinsic to each person, we notice the process of perception which may allow us to appreciate consciousness.

The very appreciation of consciousness occurs upon the realization of one's own natural process of perception, since the process is ongoing and becomes clearer.
